Origin Lombok Hotel - Kuta (Lombok)

This place is located in a beautiful spot close to Kuta Beach, and the restaurant with a sea view in the mountains was exactly what we were looking for.

Nicely decorated and stylish hotel!

Fairly clean place with incredible staff members and garden views. Well-designed and tidy room with a minimalistic decor. Had brand-new a mini bar fridge, climate control and an individual safe. A really amazing way to end my trip.

The breakfast was tasty and traditional and complete with juice and toast, as example.

The staff here are exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are well-designed, offering basic amenities and a unique concept where the bathroom is in the middle of the bedroom, adding a touch of modernity. A hearty breakfast is included, ensuring you start your day with a delicious meal.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel in Lombok. the facilities were cozy and there were beautiful swimming pools to enjoy. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, always helpful and friendly. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby activities and restaurants. One highlight was the delicious breakfast, although a greater variety would have been appreciated. a wonderful experience.

The mirror in the bathroom was positioned a bit far away, which made it slightly inconvenient for getting ready.

Terrible maintenance, uncomfortable bed, and noisy at night. The pool was small and dirty, and the air conditioning was not effective, making it difficult to sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the clean and well-maintained swimming pool. The breakfast was tasty and had many options to choose from. The location was perfect, nestled on the green hills and very near to a beautiful beach called Tanjung Aan on the south coast. I never had any trouble with parking or transportation.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great time on our Thanksgiving holiday! the hotel staff were amazing, making our stay really enjoyable. the pool area was fantastic, perfect for catching some sun and relaxing. We also loved the complementary fruit basket and daily breakfast which was filling and delicious. the hotel's proximity to the beach and local markets meant we could explore the local area with ease.

We had some issues with the hotel's WiFi which was not ideal for remote working. the noise from nearby construction was disruptive.

The location is perfect, nestled in a small alley with a byre on the main street, surrounded by untouched nature. The service here was top-notch. From the room service to the car hire, housekeeping, and airport shuttle, everything was taken care of efficiently. The staff showed great hospitality at every level, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were impressive as well. The leisure swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were well-maintained, and we enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers in the beautiful garden area. The spa centre offered a variety of treatments, including full body massages, which were very relaxing. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a great bonus.
